Exhibitor Information 2011
The cost of a site at the Expo is $150 for an inside site or $130 for an outside site.
The size of the sites vary - inside sites from 2x3metres to about 6x6 meters. Outside sites vary from 3x3meters to 10x9 meters. Please request the size you need and we will do our best to oblige. The above costs apply regardless of the size of your site. Inside sites are naturally limited and rely on cancellations of previous exhibitors.
We discourage exhibitors from parking their vehicles on their sites unless really needed. We are an Expo - not a market. Exhibitors can set up on the prior Thursday & Friday & from 7am.on Sat.

In past years we have had up to 6,000 patrons through the gate.
To become an exhibitor - phone your name & postal address to Maureen on 03 5625 4589 {leave on message machine if necessary} Maureen will post you an information sheet & an entry form.
Please note that products to be shown must be to do with the Home or Garden - in or out the house or the front or back yard.
Entry forms must be returned by Fri. 8th. July. Any entries after this date will not necessarily be accepted. Sites will be allocated & posted out after this date.
